Refrigerator removal in Horizon City with by-the-book refrigerant recovery. A fridge cannot ride to the curb — the refrigerant inside has to be recovered legally before it is scrapped. We manage the entire process and recycle better than 95% of the unit.
A simple 3-step process. We handle everything so you don't have to.
Give us the fridge type, size, and spot in your Horizon City home; we quote a flat rate and set a window.
The crew recovers the refrigerant to EPA standard, frees the lines, and eases the fridge out of your Horizon City place.
Your old refrigerator goes to a recycler where better than 95% of the material is reclaimed.
Fridge disposal is regulated for a reason: refrigerators hold refrigerant gases that harm the atmosphere if they vent, and tossing one improperly can draw a fine in Horizon City. Our certified crew recovers the refrigerant first, then removes the unit. We take every type — side-by-side, French door, top and bottom freezer, garage beer fridges, mini fridges, wine coolers, and commercial boxes — and we disconnect ice-maker and water lines on the way out. From there the fridge heads to a recycler that separates the compressor, coils, steel, plastic, and insulation; almost the whole appliance is reclaimed rather than buried.
Horizon City is one of the fastest-growing communities in El Paso County, spreading east of the city across former desert ranchland. Known for its newer master-planned subdivisions, the Horizon Golf Club, and easy I-10 access, it has become a magnet for young families and Fort Bliss households.
Refrigerators hold EPA-regulated refrigerant that must be recovered first. Our Horizon City service handles that step and recycles the unit legally.
It runs $100 to $150 in Horizon City depending on size and where the unit sits in your home, and that covers recovery, hauling, and recycling.
We do — reach-in boxes, walk-in cooler components, and commercial freezers all go from Horizon City restaurants and shops.
