Kern Place is the leafy, historic neighborhood tucked against the Franklin Mountains next to UTEP and the Cincinnati Avenue entertainment district. It's a desirable pocket of 1920s–40s homes on winding hillside streets, mixed with student rentals and a handful of newer infill builds. That combination drives a specific kind of work: careful furniture and junk removal from older homes under renovation, semester-end cleanouts of student housing near campus, and estate transitions as longtime Kern Place homes change hands. The streets are narrow and steep and parking is tight, so we plan access carefully and carry items out by hand without damaging original details or landscaping. We clear basements and detached garages, haul off old appliances, and remove the debris from the kitchen and bath updates these character homes so often get. Usable furniture goes to local charities; the rest is recycled where possible. Flat-rate quotes and same-day pickup, with crews who know how to work cleanly in a historic neighborhood.
